Store Policy
All policies in place are subject to change as we deem necessary.Guaranteed delivery is only if the package is held at a local fed ex hub. We will not ship if temperatures are not between 40-90 F for residential deliveries. The live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present to receive the animal at time of delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, this voids live arrival guarantee. If there is a DOA we must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the shipment.
We try to accurately describe how the dragon looks and also provide genetics, sex (depending on age), temperament and any possible flaws/defects such as a nip or scratch. We provide a 14-day health guarantee on our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed. Since this is a live animal and once they leave our hands we cannot control how they are cared for, we require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. If you do not communicate with us that you are having an issue and you contact us after the 14 days, we cannot be responsible for the animal’s health.
