Terms of Sale with Dustin Thompson
You, as the buyer, agree to the following Terms of Sale when purchasing an animal from us. If you do not agree with these terms, then a sale cannot be completed.
You must be 18+ years of age to enter into a sale with us; no exceptions.
These terms are subject to updates and the most up to date version will always be readily available.
Buyer Terms:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping and processing fees which vary based on zip code and method by which the animals have to be transported.
We guarantee our captive bred animals 100% against mites, internal parasites or respiratory infection. We cannot guarantee the animal against unknown congenital problems that present later on in their lives as these are not always genetic and not always preventable.
Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Dustin Thompson accepts Personal Checks, Postal Money Orders, Bank Transfers and Major Credit Cards via PayPal.
*ALL PAYMENT FEES ARE TO BE COVERED BY THE BUYER
Note: No animal will be shipped without cleared payments. This goes for checks, money orders,transfers and credit cards. Any returned check will be assessed a 30.00 NSF fee.
Payment Plans:
We desire a minimum order of 300.00 purchase price and 25% down in order to hold the animal for you; this is non negotiable in creating a payment plan with us. This is a non-refundable deposit unless we are, for whatever reason, unable to supply that particular animal to you. Also,it should be noted that if you desire a payment plan you have to remain committed to it. If, for whatever reason, you are forced or decide to pull out of the payment plan you will not be refunded the initial 25% for any reason. Understand we are keeping this animal for you during this time and continuously maintaining its care.
Health/Genetics Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed correctly sexed, healthy and feeding.
Animals labeled as 100% for a specified genetic trait are guaranteed to possess that trait for their life time (this guarantee does extend to an animal that has been re-sold, trade or otherwise left the hands of the original buyer so long as the original invoice accompanies the animal). Animals labeled as 50% or 66% for a specified genetic trait are not guaranteed. Animals labeled as "probable" or"possible" are not guaranteed.
Our animals are palpated and while males are most certainly males, sometimes, females can be inaccurately sexed this way. If it is discovered that the sex is incorrect and discovered in a timely manner we will promptly exchange that animal for one of the proper sex. We will pay for shipping in this instance.
If you fail to inform us of the animal's arrival and that everything is well within four hours of receipt our health guarantee for them is null and void;. we will accept no liability for any problems that may arise with the animal. If you have a problem with the animal and contact us regarding this we will require verified information and photographs or, in some instances, the animal back before we begin the refund process.
We have a 7 day common sense health guarantee on our animals with restrictions; if you are maintaining improper husbandry we will not guarantee the health of our animal.
Refunds are rarely returned in currency payment and almost always consist of exchanging the animal for another or offering a credit for future animals.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Dustin Thompson.
Shipping Information:
We ship via FedEx Overnight through ShipYourReptiles.com. Shipping rates vary based on zip code and weight, but generally it starts around 50.00 USD delivered. Packages must be signed for and opened immediately. If something is wrong, Dustin Thompson must be notified as soon as possible.
No animal will be shipped without prior notification to the buyer and subsequent response from the buyer.
Shipping information will be sent as soon as it is verified via FedEx.
Shipping will be done on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only.
No animal will be shipped if the weather here, at the central HUB or the destination is below 45 degrees or above 95 degrees
If the animal is DOA (Dead on Arrival) for non-carrier reasons, call Dustin Thompson immediately and take full bodied photos of the animal up right and on its back then place the animal in a ziploc bag and place it in the refrigerator.
Animals that are DOA due to carrier error (late shipment) are covered under SYR.com's insurance but will require the same process as outlined above.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
