Seller was kind to hold snake longer than expected, which was great. I don't have room to describe the unpleasant interactions I suffered through and am left with a dead snake, no refund and a bad taste. Never again! Check out reviews elsewhere. - Nov. 02, 2021

We are sorry this happened. The snake was healthy and feeding well when it left our care, 7 weeks after the agreed upon hold time. We were never informed of any issues you had getting the snake to feed until after it had died. Again, we are sorry. - Nov. 02, 2021
I appreciate you holding the snake. You were aware that 6 weeks of delay was due to an emergency. The last week was due to you, which you also know. This demonstrate the bad attitude that I experienced better than anything else I could say. - Dec. 01, 2021
