-By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to all the terms below.
-Must be 18+ yrs old
-Shipping is at buyers expense. We ship Mon, Tues, & Wed through Reptiles2You and are more than happy to provide shipping quotes.
-We always recommend and encourage picking up your animal at your FedEx hub.
-International shipping is available if buyer has an agent/exporter.
-We will hold all geckos until a safe weather window opens. We have supplies to safely ship from 30⁰-85⁰.
-We use Quickbooks to send invoices for payment. Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Bank to Bank & PayPal are accepted through the invoice. PayPal payments will be charged the PayPal service fee of 3.49% + $.49.
-Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and convenience to the buyer on geckos over $250, or multiples combined to over $250. 25% down payment required to hold the animal with the balance due in 30 days.
-As of 2023 all payments are non-refundable or transferable. This applies to payment plans or geckos purchased in full. This may sound harsh, but too many people have taken advantage of our more relaxed former policy. No exceptions, and this is the same standard I hold myself to when buying from others.
-We are always available to help with gecko care, and are not responsible for geckos at all once in your possession. We do not sell geckos with feeding issues or for you to over-handle, and will not refund or return due to husbandry issues.
-We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling. Geckos will sometimes drop their tails due to the stress of shipping. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko, therefore no compensation will be offered in the case of a tail loss during shipment.
-Unless the animal is mature, sexing is not 100% guaranteed, though we try our best to accurately describe them. Pictures of the pore area can happily be provided to show you exactly what we are seeing on an animal you are interested in.
-We feed multiple flavors of Pangea brand gecko diet. 1x-2x a week we offer dusted crickets.
