Store Policy
TERMS OF SERVICE / GUARANTEE
Animals purchased from Eternal Exotics will be guaranteed to meet all base requirements, such as a healthy condition (includes live receipt), properly sexed, and proper feeding. The guarantee applies to the original client, no resale clients. The reptile will be presented within the store with integrity. The health condition guarantee is 24 hours after customer receipt. The 24 hour period is a settling in time for the reptile and client and if the client has any concerns with the condition of the animal and sale, EE will need to be contacted within that time period. If no concern responses are brought forth from the client within the 24 hours, the sale is considered complete.
PAYMENT
All buyers must be 18 years of age or proof of parental permission.
Payment can be via credit card, Paypal, and cash (face to face).
Payment must be paid in full prior to shipment of reptile.
Payment plans are available, but to initiate the "hold" of a reptile, a 25% non-refundable deposit payment must be paid / received. If a payment plan is required and since they can vary, it will be discussed with the client with final agreement from both parties. Baseline payment terms include: 30 day plan would apply to a minimum purchase of $300 and 60 days for a minimum purchase of $800. Full payment must be submitted within the terms of the agreement. Failure to pay within the agreement terms, the agreement will be deemed null / void with payments non-refundable, but could be transferred to another purchase within a 15 day time period. The product within initial order will be relisted.
SHIPPING
The reptiles will be shipped via Monday thru Wednesday via Fed Ex, Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles when permitted by weather conditions. Shipping only occurs when the weather temperature is 35 to 90F. The client / buyer must be present upon the first delivery attempt, otherwise the live guarantee will be voided.
If the reptile arrives DOA (dead on arrival), the client must report to EE within 1 hour of receipt or the client forfeits the terms of the service agreement are deemed null / void. Additional discovery information (pictures, videos and /or return of reptile, etc) required by EE will be necessary before refund or replacement is provided.
The shipping cost is a typically a supplemental fee of $60. If the shipping exceeds this amount, the customer will be notified. For sub-adult or adults, the cost may increased due to the weight of the reptile.
NOTE: In the case of a reptile with a multi-gene combos that proves less than advertised, a compensation of another animal or credit towards a future can be offered. In some cases, the full gene characteristics can be difficult to determine, so therefore, an allowance is provided for these unusual cases.
