Evolver Reptiles is a two person husband and wife team who have a deep passion for all animals. In 2015, we decided to work with our animals full time. We have hand picked all our breeding stock from the best breeders in the US and Canada. Today, the majority of our breeding stock has been produced at our facility and we have multiple generations. Our goal is to provide high quality, healthy animals for collectors, reptile enthusiasts as well as someone looking for a pet. Store Policy
For purchasing, please send us an inquiry that you're interested, and we can email you an invoice. You can also purchase through our website at www.evolverreptiles.com. If you are under 18 you must have a legal guardian to purchase.
Auctions must be paid as soon as the auction ends. If we do not hear from you we will report the auction to MM. Please only bid if you are serious in buying the animal.
Flat Rate Overnight Shipping is $49. California, Oregon and Washington overnight shipping is $59. Free shipping on orders over $999. We are a husband-and-wife team who solely runs our facility. Our local FedEx Ship Center is one hour away from our facility because of this we only ship on Tuesdays. Which means your shipment will arrive on Wednesday. If weather is better on Wednesday then we will ship that day as well. We can make exceptions if need be. All our reptiles are professionally shipped Priority Overnight through Reptiles Express. We recommend shipping to your closest Fed Ex hub and " Hold for Pickup". We will provide you with the closest FedEx Ship Center address. We can ship your animals directly to your home, but only if the daytime high temperature is under 80F. We prioritize the safety of the animals by using insulated boxes, tamper-proof tape, and heat or cold packs as necessary with no extra charge. All our shipments are packed with a 48-hour delivery timeframe. Shipping temps are between 40F to 80F. All our packages go through the Memphis hub overnight. If the temperatures are in the 30s overnight and in the morning in the wintertime, we will wait for warmer temperatures to ship. We ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii. We can ship to Alaska however there is limited FedEx service. We can ship to the following cities: Anchorage, Fairbanks, Eagle River, Chugiak, Kenai, Soldotna and Homer. Shipping to any of these cities will be a flat rate of $89 only to your FedEx Hub for pickup. We are only shipping Tuesdays weather permitting. We will hold and care for your animal as we have been until weather permits. We will not ship until both parties agree on a shipping date.
Local Pickup- We can meet up for local pickup if you live near the Richmond Virginia area. Tuesdays are our local pickups up days.
Please do not place an order if you are not 100% sure you can commit to purchasing the animal(s) or don't want to wait for shipping weather. Winter holds are available at no extra charge.
Dubia Roaches Shipping - We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All orders placed after Wednesday at 12pm eastern will ship the next available shipping day. No shipping to Florida, Hawaii and Alaska. USA only. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Our roaches come in 100g increments. All orders are given an over count to account for any casualties. We ship all our roaches with USPS Priority 2-3 days. We do recommend "Hold for Pickup" at your local post office if your temps are going to be over 90F and under 40F. Hot and cold packs will be provided if needed.
All orders are guaranteed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your roaches and we will replace your order.
WEATHER DELAYS - Please understand that we cannot control weather delays during times of extreme heat and cold. We will not put the animal's life in danger by shipping. We want you to receive the highest quality animal. We will hold and care for the animal as we have been and ship as soon as the weather permits.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
All animals shipped have a Live Arrival Guarantee. FedEx tracking will indicate when your package is ready for pickup or when it will arrive to your home. If picking up your package from your FedEx hub, the animal must be picked up within four hours of this notification or Live Arrival Guarantee is void. Failure to retrieve your package from the hub on the day of arrival will result in its classification as abandoned. In such a case, the package will be returned to us, and no refunds will be issued. If having your package shipped to your home someone must be home to accept the package as soon as it arrives, or Live Arrival Guarantee is void. If we recommend not shipping because of it being too hot or too cold and you insist on wanting your animal(s) shipped the Live Arrival Guarantee is void. If your shipment is D.O.A. you must Contact Us immediately or within 1 hour of the shipment being picked up from the hub or delivered to your door. A photo of the animal time stamped will be required. All live animal purchases are final.
REFUNDS - We want you to receive your animal(s) as quickly as possible. However, we prioritize the animal's well-being first. Any refunds given for shipping delays due to weather or you want to cancel your order will be charged a $50 refund fee. If you purchase an animal and want to change your order, there will be a $50 fee. Once the animal is shipped there will be no refund.
We offer a 7-day health guarantee on every animal that is shipped to the hub. All our animals are 100% healthy and thriving. If your animal exhibits any signs of poor health within the 7 days, you must Contact Us immediately so we can help remedy the issue. Failure to do so will void the guarantee. It is the customers responsibility to provide a proper habitat, diet, temperature and humidity. Failure to provide this will void the health guarantee.
GECKO TAILS/KINKS
Geckos will drop their tails from time to time. Most often when stressed. This is a natural occurrence and does not devalue the gecko in any way. We are not responsible if tails are dropped or kinked / wavy during shipping.
Easy 30/60 DAY PAYMENT PLAN ON ANIMALS $299 and OVER
We will hold your animal for a $99 non-refundable deposit for 30 days or $199 non-refundable deposit for 60 days. We will hold your animal for 30 or 60 days, at which time full payment is due. If payment is not made in full within 30 or 60 days, we will put the animal back up for sale and you forfeit your deposit. Under no circumstances are deposits refundable. Animals will not be shipped until paid in full. We will send you an invoice of $99 for 30 days or $199 for 60 days as the down payment towards the balance. Once you accept the invoice, we will mark the animal as sold. Please email us at [email protected] or chat with us down below if you would like to set up a payment plan.
