Purchased a different snake. Informed pictured snake wasn’t available, inventory mishap, and asked to look at different snakes. Offered $20 off and rushed shipping but received neither. Accepted this snake in place of snake they sold by mistake. - Mar. 09, 2022

$20 partial refund for mishap was later received. I was never offered full refund as stated but pressured to pick from existing inventory because cost to refund would hurt business. But the animal I did receive was healthy even if not original choice - Mar. 25, 2022
