Payments-
I offer invoice based payment processing, I will request your email address and send an invoice via email for payment. I accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. I will accept cash payment for local pick up is available.

Shipping-
Shipping is completed through Reptiles 2 You, I can ship any weekday that works for the buyer . Shipping cost is based off of zip code, please contact me for a shipping quote. Shipping is included on purchases over $1,000.00.

I can ship anywhere in the continental 48 states. Animal can be shipped to the nearest hub for pick up only, NO residential deliveries. I will discuss weather and shipping during the process. I prefer to ship to hubs, I do not guarantee live delivery for residential delivery. That is at your own risk and non refundable.

Live arrival guarantee-
For live arrival guarantee someone must pick up animal within 2 hours of it's arrival at the hub, failure to receive the animal within the 2 hour window voids live arrival guarantee. In the event of a DOA, I must be notified with in 1 hour of the delivery. Time starts based on Fed Ex time stamps along delivery. Please provide pictures of the condition of the box, pictures of the animal, and pictures of the inside of the box.


Genetic guarantee-
Genetics are guaranteed as labeled, in the event I think there may be a possible extra gene, we will label the animal as possible, hets will be listed either as 100% het or possible het depending on the pairing they came from. On possible hets or possible genes there is no guarantee on those genes, as its just a possibility the gene is there. Any questions on an animals genetics please send me a message.

Sex guarantee-
I guarantee to have correctly sexed the animal you have purchased. In the event I make a mistake, I will, at buyers choice, refund the difference of price, or if available replace with the correct animal, or refund the purchase once we’ve coordinated a return on the animal.

Payment plans-
I offer payment plans, 30 days on purchases over $450, 60 days on purchases over $900. I'm always willing to customize a payment plan to fit. Payment plans are secured with a 25% non refundable deposit.

Available animals-
Animals listed as available are available until payment or payment plan has been agreed upon. All available animals are first come first serve.

Animals listed on hold are purchased animals awaiting pick up or shipping.

State & Federal Laws:

I will not knowingly ship any animal(s) in violation of State and/or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.

6.0% sales tax will be added to all orders in West Virginia.
