Seller admitted to sending the wrong snake, which weighs less than advertised. Snake arrived with mites. Seller said snakes can catch mites in transit. Snake has not eaten for me in weeks. I have all emails exchanged documenting this experience. - Jun. 26, 2020

I believe the snake would benefit from a heat source during transit. Something similar to hot hands packs that hold heat for a decent period of time help to keep the snake from being too cold. Especially when shipped in cooler weather. - Apr. 14, 2020
