Gen Z Reptiles LLC is a reptile company owned by brothers Jace and Josh Hadish out of Eastern Iowa. Combining Jace's 18 years of experience keeping reptiles and Josh's passion for business, we decided to form Gen Z Reptiles with an aim to produce healthy animals and unique morph combinations, all while providing competitive pricing and dedicated customer service. Store Policy
**PLEASE REVIEW OUR ENTIRE STORE POLICY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH GEN Z REPTILES**
SHIPPING COSTS: FedEx overnight shipping is generally available for a flat rate of $55 to $75 depending on your location and size of the snake. Free shipping is offered on all orders that exceed $1500. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. We must be notified of any problem with your animal within 24 hours of receipt.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.
PAYMENT PLANS: We offer payment plans on snakes over $1000. Payment plans can be initiated with a minimum (non-refundable) deposit of $100. After payment plans have been initiated, we do not allow buyers to alter the snakes being purchased. No refunds will be provided for payment plans cancelled by the buyer. A buyer's failure to communicate for more than two weeks will result in cancellation of payment plans. We do not hold animals for any buyers until some type of payment has been received.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All animals will be shipped through FedEx to an approved FedEx hub near you. Gen Z Reptiles guarantees live arrival and takes full responsibility for safe arrival of animals to the customer. Gen Z Reptiles live arrival guarantee requires hold-for-pick up at an approved FedEx center. This is the safest method of shipment since it avoids the delivery truck where most delivery mishaps occur. Customers will be provided a tracking number and should pick up the animal promptly after it arrives at the customer center and becomes available for pick up. A photo ID is required at the time of pick up. To avoid additional delays, animals are shipped out Tuesday and Wednesday only. Shipping date is subject to change based on the current state of the shipping system as determined by FedEx and advised by our shipping broker.
NOTE ABOUT PRICING: Many breeders feel it is discourteous to simply ask for a "best price" on an animal that is listed for sale, as it implies that the listed price is obviously unfair or too high. Unfortunately this practice has become so common to the point that some breeders list their animals at artificially inflated prices, knowing that many buyers just expect not to pay the listed price. Instead of engaging in this practice, we take the time to study the market and competitively price our snakes from the very beginning. That being said, fair offers are welcomed and we are happy to provide discounts on the purchase of multiple animals.
