Clutch X Reptiles specializes in breeding quality investment ball pythons. But more importantly we are just really passionate about ball pythons and the reptile hobby as a whole. It is mind-blowing to see the endless possibilities and what amazing things one can create in this weird hobby of ours. Store Policy
Payment plans
Payment plans will be made available on a case-by-case basis on purchases of $500 or more. Payment plans will generally be between 1 to 3 months but exemptions can be made, just let us know what you are thinking and I'm sure we can come up with a payment plan that works for both parties. To hold an animal CLUTCH X REPTILES requires a non-refundable deposit (typically 20%) and an agreed upon due date for full payment. The 20% non-refundable deposit can be sent through Paypal, Zelle, Credit Card, or Check. Once the minimum deposit is received and cleared by the bank the animal/s will be taken off the market and held for the client. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual which means feeding once a week and keeping up with husbandry to ensure a healthy animal . If the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed to, all monies in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded once animal is back on MM or sold in a different platform. Monies above the 20% non refundable deposit can be used as store credit, for another animal, or get refunded. The non-refundable deposit is not transferable and it is meant to absorb the costs associated with holding and removing the animal from market.
Health Guarantee
I guarantee snakes will arrive to you healthy and honestly represented to the best of my ability. Genetics of all ball pythons and sex of the snake will be 100% guaranteed.
Live arrival is only guaranteed if you are available to sign and receive the animal during the first attempt. Please, if for any reason the animal is deceased or looks unhealthy, take pictures immediately and contact us right away. We are always here to help.
Shipping
Shipping for baby ball pythons is usually between $55-$70 and cost will be added to the purchase / cost of animal. Shipping fee is excluded when purchasing an animal or a combination of animals that exceeds $750 and paid in full.
