Seller shipped first lizard which showed up dead, I reluctantly paid shipping again only to receive another dead lizard. I was refunded for the lizard but am still out $120 in shipping. Seller should not ship animals of they don't know how to. - Apr. 03, 2024

Unfortunately the skink arrived as DOA and offered to send another at the cost of shipping or refund. Buyer chose to pay shipping to receive another (clearly stated in my policy that shipping will not be refunded in the case of DOA unless delayed) - Apr. 03, 2024
