Seller did not anticipate package being delayed. Package wound up being delayed, and the snake overheated and died in transit. Insulation was foam posterboard, not Styrofoam. No cryo pack. Worst packing job I've ever seen. - May. 03, 2024

This was the first snake we ever lost and have shipped over a thousand. The buyer was refunded. The snake was packaged accordingly. The temps were mid 50s leaving New York. A cryo pack was not necessary. The snake may have died on the sellers porch - May. 03, 2024
