Store Policy
Prepayment is required with all orders.
Connecticut residents must add 6% sales tax to all purchases.
Guarantee
The sales of all live animals are final. Any health issues must be mentioned to us within 24 hours of shipment arrival. Although we cannot warranty any live animal beyond a 24-hour period, we will do our best to help you with any health or husbandry issues that you may encounter. You assume complete responsibility for the animal from the moment you open the shipping box and verify live and healthy arrival. All of our snakes are healthy and feeding at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive for you. We will do everything we can within reason to assist you.
There are no waiting lists.
All deposits are non-refundable but can be converted into credit towards any snake or snakes we have available as long as we hear from you within 30 days of payment. Deposits and payment plans delinquent more than 90 days will be forfeited. Deposit and payment balances may be transferred to another available animal within 90 days of the date we receive your original deposit.
All snakes are guaranteed to be properly sexed.
We cannot warranty any animal against heat or cold stress, respiratory infections, spinal trauma, kinks, prolapses, the presence of mites, sudden death, or any other health issues once you verify healthy delivery.
Shipments
I ship anywhere in the continental U.S. using an overnight carrier. Delivery is best made to your nearest Hub where Live Arrival is Guaranteed. The cost of overnight shipping is determined by the size and weight of the box, the zip code where the box is being sent, and the method of payment you choose to use. Live arrival is guaranteed for all hub deliveries, but only if you are present to accept the package at the home address you provide when it is delivered there.
