About
We are a family-based hobbyist/breeder located near San Antonio, TX. Specializing in top quality Leopard Geckos and AFTs, our primary focus is excellent care and nutrition for ALL animals in our collection.
Store Policy
By purchasing an animal from Huff’s Herps you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
-We reserve the right to decline any sale, at any time, if we feel that it will not be in the animals’ best interest.
-You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an animal. If you are under 18 years of age, you will need to have your guardian’s consent, and they will need to process the transaction.
-Shipping arrangements will only be made once payment has been received in full for an order. We offer $75 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the continental US. The safest possible shipping method is to have the animals shipped to, and held for pick-up at the FedEx Ship Center nearest your location. I can provide this information for you when shipping is arranged. Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers via FedEx’s automatic system so that they may check the status of their package online. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Square is our preferred method of payment. Square accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc... You do not need to have an account to make payments using Square. I will send you an invoice via email to complete the transaction.
-We welcome payment plans on any orders over $300 (Not including shipping costs.). Payment plans/arrangements will be handled on a case by case basis, with a preference for payment plan completion within a 60-day period. All payment plans will require a minimum 25% deposit (non-refundable). If a payment plan is broken without notice and agreed upon terms, all deposits/payments made to date will be forfeited.
-We guarantee that we will only sell and ship out healthy animals.
-We guarantee live arrival. The live arrival guarantee is only valid if the shipment is received in person on the first delivery attempt. If someone is not available to receive, and the shipment is left unattended, all health guarantees are null and void. Once received, the package is to be opened immediately. Any issues with shipping must be reported immediately by email including pictures and/or videos.
-In the very unlikely event that an animal is dead on arrival, we will require an immediate email, including pictures and/or videos. We will attempt to replace the animal if possible, issue/transfer credit for a future purchase, or refund your money if a replacement animal is not available.
-Tail loss during shipment is not covered, as shipping can cause stress which may lead to tail loss. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier or other issues caused by carrier.
-All animals are guaranteed to be sexed accurately if listed as Male or Female. Any animal sold as unsexed, TSM (Temperature Sexed Male), TSF (Temperature Sexed Female), and/or probable male/female cannot be guaranteed.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
