Tail lose
We are not responsible for gecko tail drops during shipping, or for the animal’s temperament. All animals respond differently to being shipped and environmental changes.

Guarantee
We guarantee the health of every animal for 14 days after arrival as long as proper husbandry is provided. You are responsible to create an environment for the animal to thrive in, however we are always happy to answer any questions you have about husbandry to help provide the ideal environment for each animal.

Health Issues
If your Crested Gecko exhibits any signs of poor health within the 14 days period please contact us within 24 hours so that we can try and help remedy the issue before it’s too late. Failure to do so will VOID our guarantee.

Gender
We don’t guarantee the gender of the gecko unless they are at least 20 grams. All babies and juveniles are pore sexed to the best of my ability.

All Crested Gecko Purchases are Final
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, no exceptions. Only order if you are 100% sure you have done your research and can afford to care for the gecko properly.

Reservation
Possible only if we get 25% deposit of all amount, rest has to be paid week before Expo or Shipping. Deposit is not refundable!!
