Store policy. Terms and Conditions for Purchase
Must be at least 18 years or older to purchase. All snakes are handled regularly and have eaten at least three meals before being sold.
Any snake purchased is shipped next-day, with packages going out Monday-Thursday weather permitting unless otherwise agreed upon. We will not ship if high temperatures are below 40F or above 90F on either our end OR your end. Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 12pm CST. Shipping rates may vary depending on location.
Payment is PayPal only, or cash for local pick-up.
If you are concerned something is wrong with your snake after receiving it, contact us by email or text within 12 hours. (Must provide video and/or photographic proof.)
We guarantee live arrival for all of our snakes. This guarantee is voided if someone is not present for first attempted delivery, or the delivery route is changed by the customer (you) after the snake has been shipped.
Payment plans are available upon request. Plans require a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance must be paid off in 6 weeks.
The same 25% nonrefundable deposit applies if the customer decides they no longer want the snake they have purchased, before OR after receiving it. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

All purchases or holds (see terms below) are based on first come first serve.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

If the animal is deceased upon arrival, you must contact us immediately after delivery (no more than 24 hrs). At that point, we may request specific full-color photos. A replacement or refund will be issued for the animal

All orders must be paid for in full, and all checks cleared to account before shipment.

Payment plans are negotiable on an individual basis with a minimum purchase of $400 (not including shipping). Please contact us for details.
