Live arrival guarantee, live arrival can only be guaranteed during hub to hub shipments.Purchases being delivered to anywhere besides a hub will not be covered.Customer must contact me within an hour of delivery to ensure the live arrival guarantee.Live arrival guarantee doesnt cover carrier delays, and in the event of replacement order.Replacements are non refundable and cannot be replaced again.
All wc and import animals are treated internally, and externally for parasite, as well feeding regularly before sale.I always recommend a second dose of treatment two months after purchase as wc/imported animals are not guaranteed parasite free.Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local, and state laws.All sales are final.Payment plans available up to 90 days with a 20% deposit, if for any reason a customer backs out of a payment.The depsoit, and up to 50% of total purchase price will be kept as a restocking fee.
