Wide River Reptiles became a company in 2017.We are a family owned business. However the passion for reptiles started before that and we are happy to expand our love for reptiles into an ongoing hobby. Our plans are to maintain a medium sized operation to offer quality care to our animals while building a long lasting relationship to our customers.
Store Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee: All our animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via Fed-Ex next day delivery. All animals are guaranteed live arrival with the exception if no one is home to receive the package when delivered. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to Fed-Ex at time of receipt and then immediately to us. If the package is left out in the elements and Wide River Reptiles is not notified within an hour of the recorded delivery time the live arrival guarantee will be void. In the event of a DOA, the animal must be preserved, and we reserve the right to request video proof or to have the animal shipped back before issuing a refund.
* Shipping is done on Tue and Wed. We only ship to residential addresses when temperatures are above 40 and below 90 degrees. If the weather is 92-100 the snake will be shipped to the closest fully staffed FedEx Shipping Center and picked up at the hub. The same guarantee standards apply for door to door shipping as they do to ship to hub. We will check the weather in our area and the customers area to determine the best time to ship your package.
We do accept PayPal, all major credit cards and cash in person. We do accept payment plans contact us for more information. All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received.
Feeding Issues:
All our ball pythons are feeding at the time of sale. The babies we sell are very well started. We feed appropriately sized live and frozen/thawed rodents here. If you have problems getting your new snake to feed, please get in touch with us so we can help you.
Spider “wobble”:
It is widely known in the hobby today that most ball pythons with the spider gene may have a head wobble. In our experience, snakes with this wobble do not have any feeding or breeding issues. A wobble can be present at the time of hatching or develop as the snake grows. A “wobble” does not qualify as a health problem in our health guarantee.
Sex Guarantee:All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems or not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival.

Wholesale pricing is available to US Customer with a minimum purchase of 3 animals to qualify. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
