Or to Hold: there is 25% non refundable deposit and the rest of the payment including shipping is due in 30 days.
SHIPPING
Someone must be home to receive the package otherwise I can ship to the closest fedex hub.
Shipping is only through FedEx overnight Priority. I will only ship when temperatures are reasonable (lows no less than 40 and highs no more than 90). I will hold the animals for safe shipping weather and temperatures.
I charge Exact Shipping charging prices.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
I guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly and animals shipped to your door are received as soon as they are delivered. In the very rare instance you receive a dead on arrival animal, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately, within 1 hour of arrival. You must provide us with photographic proof that the animal is dead, and we may request that you ship the body back so we can submit the animal for a necropsy. In the event of a DOA, if an acceptable replacement is not available a full refund will be issued including the shipping.
The pictures listed are the best representation of the animal, any questions or concerns regarding the color of the animal should be asked before purchasing.
All sales are final.
I can only ship on Monday through wed.
So, Monday for Tuesday delivery, Tuesday for wednesday delivery, Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
Friday, Sat, Sunday, Monday shipments are not possible.
