Store Policy
Shipping is offered Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s weather permitting. Hub to hub only.
**Due to local state law, we do not sell or ship Western hognose to CO or IA, and proof of permit is required for sales to IL and MO**
All sales are final there will be no refunds.
Shipping within the 48 states only. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends. If the animal is DOA, please provide proof of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The receipt time is based off the time the animal is picked up at the specified address and determined by FedEx. An email with a video attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void. I guarantee my animals to arrive live and healthy within the timeframe stated above. It is your responsibility to keep the animal alive and healthy for the rest of its life.
Payment plans
Payment plans are available for up to 1 month. Our minimum for a payment plan is $500.00 with a 25% Non refundable deposit to hold any animal. We do not offer any discounts for payment plans.
Please be sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable.
If for any reason we can not supply your animal your money will be refunded promptly.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
