We are a true Reptile/pet loving Family. We've had reptiles and other types of animals since 1982. We mostly work with Boas, Pythons, and skinks, but occasionally other herps as well. Our goal is to work with people who are like us and truly love animals, to someone who is new to the hobby. I was 7 years old when I got my first reptile. If you’re looking for a Pet or a high-quality Breeder to add to your Collection, we can help. Everything we have is CB (Captive born) or CBB (Captive Born Breed) unless otherwise stated. Please ask any question before, during and of course after any purchase. Your success is our success and of course the survival of our pets. We always try to respond as quickly as possible, this is our passion but may be at work during your inquiry but we check multiple times a day. Customer service and communication is key.

Store Policy

Shipping: Delivery Day will be based on Temps on both ends and in between. Shipping is Monday through Wednesday. LAG (Live arrival guarantee): is available for any signed delivery or delivery to your local HUB (must be picked up within 1 hour of animal ready for pick up at of HUB). We use Fed Ex Next Day by 10:30 am or Noon depending on location.
* Once tracking is given, it’s the obligation of the buyer to track their own package and reach out to Fed Ex with any concerns. We also track the package to assure the animals’ safe and timely arrival.
* We are not responsible for any Fed Ex delays. Any claims for a DOA (Dead on arrival) must be reported immediately. The animal must be kept until we notify otherwise. Without proof of animal the refund is void. Shipping is always non-refundable as Fed Ex doesn’t reimburse it 99% of the time.
*Reptile Express does offer live arrival insurance which I always recommend, as this will cover Fed Ex delays
* We recommend putting multiple names if possible as a person to sign for the package as situations can change, it’s a good idea if plans change and someone else needs to sign for them.
*Anyone who ships knows we are at Fed Ex’s mercy and sometimes animals get stuck/delayed while on the route. I always recommend buyers contact their local hub if there is a delay. Also Always be prepared to have someone available first thing the following day if the animal is delayed, time is crucial when Fed Ex drops the ball.
*We will always be here for questions before and after the purchase. If we don’t know about an issue we can’t help, communication is key.
* We ask that we please get informed about the animal once it is picked up and unpacked, we always want to know the animal is safe and that you are happy
* We do reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
