We accept Venmo, PayPal, credit cards, apple pay. Animals may be placed on hold for 1 week without deposit. Longer holds or payment plans require a 25% Non-refundable deposit (payment plans on 500$ or more). Shipping is in U.S. only and is in addition to price of animal, unless otherwise stated. The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or wrong shipping information. Shipping is overnight FedEx via ship your reptiles and I prefer to ship Mon-Wed for next day arrival Live arrival is guaranteed, DOA will be refunded or replaced with animal of equal value, but I must be contacted within an hour of delivery. Recessive Genetics and sex are also guaranteed although some Dom and Co-Dom genes can be hard to see in certain combos. In this instance, we will provide our best guess as well as list genes as possibly in the combo. All sales are final.
