Store Policy
Shipping:
Shipping costs run $50-$100 dollars. Shipping to the lower 48 states with FedEx Overnight shipping to a FedEx center of your choice.
Genetics and Sex:
Genetics are listed with the best of our ability. If you have any questions about the genetics feel free to contact us to discuss. We probe all of our animals to sex them, because we believe this is the best way for us to properly identify the sex of the animal.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee that all animals will arrive to a FedEx center healthy and alive. Guarantee is void if someone is not there to pick up the animal within an reasonable time. In the unlikely event that an animal does arrive to you d.o.a., you will need to contact us immediately and provide photo evidence of the animal. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement animal is unavailable.
• We will not ship any animal before a delivery date is confirmed with you first. We also reserve the right to delay shipment in the event inclement weather is predicted. We only ship live animals if the temperature is between 30 and 90 degrees. Heat packs and cold packs will be placed in shipments deemed appropriate to ensure the health and well being of the animal.
Payment
We accept Paypal and Cashier/Bank checks. Non-Refundable payment plans may be available. No animal will be shipped before full payment is received.
