Store Policy
All payments including hold deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans are available on $200 or more geckos, a 25% deposit to hold. Winter holds are available for no charge.
If the buyer is non-responsive to contact for shipment of purchased gecko after two weeks and at least five contact attempts, the buyer forfeits the gecko and the seller has authority to relist the gecko with no refund.
