My wife Regina and I have a small company that specializes in colubrids. We offer high quality animals at competitive prices.
Store Policy
SHIPPING:
Shipping is $50.00-$100.00 with insurance in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery. On orders over $1000 shipping is included in the price. We ship orders out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, priority overnight with weather permitting (between 40°F-90°F). We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal. Driver released packages are not eligible for refunds--you must be home to receive your shipment. If you are not going to be available to receive the package, we recommend communicating a specific delivery date at the time of purchase. Our preferred method of shipping is for pickup at local FedEx hub. When shipping to a FedEx Hub, it is strongly recommended that you contact the hub prior to shipping to ensure the FedEx location will accept packages containing live animals. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Payment:
We accept PayPal friends and family and Square. Our preferred method of payment is to send an invoice though Square.
Deposits are required to hold an animal and will be 25% of the animals price. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Maximum hold time on an animal is 90 days after the 25% deposit has been made.
Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. If you default on a payment plan, your animal will be put back on the market, until its paid off. If it should sell before you pay off the animal, you can transfer any payments, LESS YOUR 25% DEPOSIT, to another available animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
Health:
We guarantee health and genetics of all animals. Animals listed for sale have had a minimum of five (5) consecutive meals unless otherwise stated. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them. We do not guarantee animal temperament unless otherwise specified.
Notice: FOR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE, ALL ORDERS MUST BE HELD AT THE NEAREST FEDEX HUB FOR CUSTOMER PICK-UP.
No exchanges, returns or refunds. All sales are final.
