Payments:
We offer 30 day payment plans on geckos $200+
Our payment plans are 30 days from the date of deposit. Loose Cannon Cresteds requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold any animal, until deposit has been sent Loose Cannon Cresteds will not place a hold on the animal(s). Final payment date will be provided to you at the time the deposit is placed(30 days out). Once final payment has been made we will make shipping arrangements, we ship via Reptiles2You. Shipping/Tracking information will be sent to you once a date has been set for delivery.
If a payment plan is not satisfied by the due date of the final payment, Loose Cannon Cresteds will keep the 25% non-refundable deposit and any payments made after the deposit will be turned into store credit for a future purchase, there will be NO refunds on failed payment plans. If a payment plan has failed in the past we will require a payment in full and the store credit will NOT cover the 25% non-refundable deposit.

If payment is sent and the animal(s) are not available you will be refunded immediately.
Payments at expos can be made via Cash, PayPal or Square.
Shipping:
We ship via Reptiles2You, we ship Monday-Wednesday to help eliminate any
shipping issues closer to the weekend.
Shipping is $50-60, no matter how many animals are purchased.
For home delivery, someone MUST be present to receive the package and notify us ASAP. We care about our geckos and watch the tracking very closely to make sure they arrive in a safe and timely manner. If the package is left at the door or taken back to FedEx, the live guarantee will be VOID. If Loose Cannon Cresteds is not notified within an hour of delivery the live arrival guarantee will be VOID.
For Hub Pick-Up/Hold, the animals will typically arrive earlier. For Hub Pick-Up/Holds we allow for a 2 hour notification, if Loose Cannon Cresteds is not notified withing 2 hours of delivery the live guarantee will be VOID.
We offer a live arrival guarantee, in the event that your animal(s) are DOA, we MUST be contacted within 1 hour(for home delivery), 2 hours(for hub/holds). Picture and video proof will need to be provided. For Hub pick-ups/Holds, we must be told in advance. Not all FedEx hubs hold live reptiles so we will need to check the list with Reptiles2You for hubs near you that will hold live reptiles.
