Store Policy
We currently accept square, paypal, and Zelle for payments.
Animals are NOT on hold or sold until payment has been received.
We guarantee our animals to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding. We can't guarantee genetics because of the complexity and variability of multi-gene animals, but we do our best to accurately identify all traits in our hatchlings. All hatchlings are in good health before going to their new home. Gender will be checked multiple times before listing and shipping. Any issues with the gender of your snake must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured upon delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), we will make arrangements with the buyer to return the animal for a full refund if requested. Claim Period is 2 hours after delivery and the animal must be shipped back on the next possible business day.
**WE ONLY SHIP HUB TO HUB FOR PICKUP FOR THE ANIMAL'S SAFETY**
Buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your local hub.We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and location to ship to. I only ship Tues-Weds for delivery Weds-Thurs. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or 1 hour of the hub opening.
Live arrival is guaranteed/reimbursed in the form of store credit. Animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the hub opening or else the live arrival guarantee is void. It is the buyers responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address to send the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will terminate our live arrival guarantee. If animals are left at the hub for longer than 1 hour after opening the live arrival guarantee will be void. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults. Any DOA claims must be accompanied with video proof of DOA .
