We have a guarantee on all our animals!
If purchased in person there is a 30 day health guarantee with proof of appropriate set up and feeding history. Animal can be returned or replace up to its full value. If the replacement animal that is chosen costs more than the original, then the difference is paid by the buyer. If the animal falls ill within the 30 days, due to no fault of the purchaser, advise on how to handle the situation will be given to ensure proper recovery. If concluded by both parties that a vet is needed, partial payment will be provided with proof of receipt.
If the animal is shipped during appropriate weather conditions there is a 24 live arrival guarantee, but evidence of the deceased animal must be presented within that time frame. After the initial 24 hours, the 30 day policy resumes.
Shipping provided a buyers expense.
