Store Policy
We accept Mastercard , Visa , Discover , Square , Debit , PayPal , Venmo , Cash App , Apple Pay and Zelle.
We accept 25% deposits to hold any snake for up to 30 days. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, should you decide you don’t want the snake.
60 day payment plans available for snakes over $1000.00. 30 day payment plan for snakes under $400.00. 25% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
***We are not responsible for snakes behavior, if you are not prepared to handle a snake please do not purchase one. Give them a few days to get acclimated to their new surroundings and understand they are stressed out when they are moved and need time to adjust.
All of our snakes have an alive arrival guarantee,if something goes wrong within the first 5 days we will judge refund issues on a case by case basis.
Note: We as breeders provide what we refer to as “maintenance feeding” to all our hatchlings, so some of them may be a little under weight for their age. Rest assured this does not harm the snakes in any way. Once in their forever homes they can be fed more often and will grow normally to their full size.
All animals will be actively feeding prior to shipping. The
shipping process is very stressful on the animal and it may
take several weeks for it to begin feeding regularly again.
We will tell you which food type(s) were being offered and
can provide advice if you have any issues. Be aware that it
is not uncommon for ball pythons to go off feed for
extended periods of time.
