We accept Paypal, Zelle and Cash App. .. Cash is also accepted in person for local .
Payment plans are available on Purchases of $400 or more . A Non-Refundable Deposit of 25% is required on a 30 day payment plan. Longer plans may be available for larger purchases. Please ask us about any possible plans as we are open to negotiation on terms.
Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 32 and 95.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 2 hours of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
For all DOAs we will need a picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within an hour of delivery.
We also ship to Puerto Rico and within the US.
