My name is Mike and I've been keeping ball pythons for over 10 years, but just started my breeding journey in 2018 alongside my wife Megan. We aim to produce low quantities of high-quality snakes. We care deeply for all of our animals and do everything to assure that they are always in top health. We will never sell you an animal that we don't believe to be 100% happy and healthy, and we expect our customers to uphold that same level of care. ~ Payment / Holds ~
Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Full payment is required before shipment. Cash is also accepted for local pickup. . . Invoices must be paid within one hour of receipt. Payment Plan Deposits are 25% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested & are Non-Refundable. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
*Under $200 = Due on Receipt; No Deposits
*$200-$500 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 2 weeks
*$500-$1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 30 days
*Over $1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 60 days
Any variation of the set payment plan schedule is on a case by case basis. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to further discuss your payment plan options. lack of paying payment plan in a timely manner as agreed on prior to sale will result in forfeiture of sale and deposit. if you need an extension please reach out these will be given on a case by case basis. WE WILL ATTEMPT CONTACT PRIOR TO CANCELLATION, IF NO CONTACT IS MADE BY THE BUYER AFTER 1 WEEK (7 DAYS ) THE SALE WILL BE CANCELED AND DEPOSIT FORFEITED!

~ Shipping ~
Package will come FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping available in the continental United States only. Shipping will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipments sent to a FedEx hub must be picked up within 2 hours or live arrival void. Temperature forecast for shipping date must be between 35 - 90 degrees F or we will have to postpone delivery for a different day.
~ Guarantee ~
Live arrival is guaranteed with the exception if no one is home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Buyer must agree on a shipping date and time for which they will be available in person to accept and sign for the delivery. If Fed-Ex leaves the package without a signature due to a signature release being on file for your delivery address, we are not liable. If an animal arrives DOA, video must be sent to our email or texted to Mike within one hour of the delivery time marked on the shipment. 48 hour health guarantee (all of our animals are completely healthy and we would never send anyone an unhealthy snake, but this is of course for our own safety).
~ Genetics ~
Morphs are ID'd to the best of our ability, some combinations of Inc Dom can be very difficult to be 100% sure.100 % Hets and sex are guaranteed .
~ Returns ~
All sales are final & We do not accept any returns unless animal was DOA, or violates any of our guarantees.
