About
We are a small, but growing facility located in southern Idaho. At Snake River Pythons we take our motto: Excellence and Integrity very seriously. Our ball pythons are never "maintenance fed" in order to save money on rats. In fact, we feed all our animals that are for sale the same as our prized hold backs. Also, we breed our own rats on site that are fed exclusively on Mazuri 6F rodent feed. This way we control the quality all the way though.
Store Policy
Shipping:
***Due to possible FedEx shipping delays, we will only ship animals on Mondays and Tuesdays for Tuesday and Wednesday delivery. This is for the safety of the animals***
• We do not ship in extreme conditions and will not ship when temperatures are below 40° or above 90°.
• At Snake River Pythons, we make certain that your snake is professionally packed using shipping materials specifically designed to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. Heat or cold packs are used in all shipments that require them.
• We guarantee live and healthy delivery of all Ball Pythons, but the package needs to be received in person and receipt acknowledged within 1 hour either by email, text or a phone call. The time of delivery will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online. Live arrival guarantee is VOID if incomplete or erroneous shipping information is provided or/and if no one is present to receive the shipment. In the highly unlikely event of a DOA, please do not freeze or dispose of the snake but contact us immediately.
• We ship Priority overnight through Reptiles Express.
• We can only offer shipping within the US at this time.
Genetics and Gender Guarantee:
• All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48 hours of delivery. We will only address an issue with an incorrectly sexed animal if it’s brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours all sales are final as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal(s) they have purchased.
• Because of the extreme complexity of some ball python projects, even with our experience we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on Co-Dom genes in our animals. (Recessive / Het Genes & correct gender are always fully guaranteed)
Payment:
• Paypal is our preferred payment method, but we also accept the following forms of payment: All major credit cards through Paypal, certified cashier checks, personal checks, and money orders. Checks must be cleared before animals are shipped. (Checks or money orders should be made payable to: Mike McGoveran.)
• Unfortunately we cannot offer any payment plans at this time.
• Full payment is required before any animal is shipped.
Misc:
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an animal from Snake River Pythons.
• Verifying the legality of owning a Ball Python in your city, state or country is the buyers responsibility. Snake River Pythons cannot independently verify all local laws and ordinances.
• We reserve the right to decline a sale.
