Est. 2019 Hobbyist first I decided to turn my passion into a business. My favorite part of the hobby is sharing these beautiful animals with people and seeing their faces change from fear to surprise followed by an immediate interest. Store Policy
NOTICE: Due to the current Covid-19 circumstances Melting Pot Exotics will only be shipping hub to hub, thank you for your understanding. Shipping within the states weather permitting. No sales to anyone under 18 without a parent/guardian present. By purchasing an animal from MPE you are agreeing to MPE’s terms and conditions.
**Note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.**
Live Arrival Guarantee:
* If any animal is DOA, we must be notified within 1 hour from package drop off time/signature as stated by FedEx. If recipient fails to collect package(s) on FedEx’s first delivery attempt or pick up animal within 4 hours of arriving at FedEx hub then live arrival guarantee will become void.
Payment:
* All payments are final.
* We have the right to refuse sale to anyone we don’t feel comfortable selling too. All balances need to be paid in full and we have to agree on a shipping and receiving date in order for shipping to occur. Please don’t assume your animal is coming because I won’t ship unless I know you’re aware when your animal is arriving.
* We accept Square (emailed invoice for smaller purchases), Zelle and bank to bank money transfer as methods of payment *** All payments must clear before shipping will occur***.
Shipping:
Free local pickup in Westchester, NY is always available.
Shipping to the continental United States is available. Shipping starts at $50, but will vary depending on the weight and size of the animal, and shipping supplies needed.
We are not responsible for any veterinary expenses or costs incurred by the buyer for any animal. If you take any animal to a veterinarian, you do so entirely at your own expense.
Please be aware of your own local wildlife laws and regulations. No shipments will be knowingly sent in violation of any state or federal laws.
We require someone to be present when delivery occurs, or will ship hub to hub.
* Shipping is through Fedex through Reptiles2you. I charge different amounts depending on shipment size. I charge actual costs. Free shipping on all purchases over $1000.
* Shipping to your closest hub is what we recommend.
* We only ship Monday - Wednesday of any week. Not on major holidays.
