By buying OR putting a deposit down on an animal(s) you are agreeing to our terms of service:
All sales are final
Animals will only be shipped when Live on time arrival is guaranteed by fedex. This may mean shipping only to a hub or certain times of year. There may be additional cost for insurance on expensive animals.
Our payment plan options are as follows per price range.
ALL plans require a 50% down NON-refundable deposit.
Plans are NOT available on any total under $2000
Terms will be negotiated on a case by case basis
Deposits are NOT refundable but may be transferred to another animal.
All prices are plus shipping unless stated other wise. Our shipping is based off of your zip code and will be sent FedEx overnight, signature required. All shipping is weather dependent and pickup at the nearest FedEx hub may be required.
Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship.
DOA is covered by FedEx guarantee and you will be charged the fee for live arrival guarantee. We recommend all animals have a well checkup with your vet on arrival as no health guarantees will exist without a well checkup.
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals unless stated otherwise. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
Delays in shipping are out of our control. They happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them.
If an animal(s) is being held after payment is made in full, and it is NOT weather related, there will be an extra $5 per week per animal charge to cover upkeep on them.
