Store Policy
All reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy and eating. All orders are shipped FedEx overnight to your door or to your nearest FedEx hub. FedEx usually arrives by 10:30 am unless you live in a rural area then it could be later in the day (up to 4:30pm). Shipping is a flat rate of $65.00 unless otherwise noted. Shipping includes a foam lined box with heat or cold packs if needed. Shipping is available Monday through Friday. Friday shipments must add $17.00 for Saturday delivery. Some addresses are not available for Saturday delivery. Please contact me so I can check if you preferred that day.
If the shipment is delayed due to circumstances out of my control, I can not refund the shipping fee. Someone must be home for first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.
All animals remain for sale until paid in full or a deposit is placed. If a deposit is placed on an animal, the amount of time to be paid in full is at my discretion. If you put a deposit and I don't hear back from you, from the agreed time, there is no refund for the deposit placed. Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo and Cash App.
