About
We are based out of fabulous Las Vegas, NV. Mike began a love for snakes centuries ago and the passion has never subsided. In the last couple of years, we were able to dive back into this passion of his and really start to enjoy all that ball python breeding has to offer. We spend as much time as we can with our pythons as we feel this is important for their health, temperament and overall wellbeing. Any animal you receive from Firehouse Morphs has a healthy guarantee. We truly put our heart and soul into this endeavor, and we are excited to share our morphs with you. Store Policy
Store policy.
No Animal will ship without payment in full. A 20% non-refundable deposit will hold an animal for 30 days. Payment plans or paid in full due within 30 days for animals under $500, animals over $501 up to 60-day payment plans available. If for any reason we (buyer) cancel the sell, we will refund 100%.
If you cancel an order for any reason you will be refunded all monies paid minus deposit amount. If original amount paid was the full cost of the animal a 10% restocking fee will be imposed.
If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to Morph Market’s discretion.
We cannot refund or credit shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We ship Fed Ex Priority overnight to your door or to your closest Fed Ex hub. Delivery at the hub is usually by 10:30 AM but may be later for some areas. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the first delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all guarantees are void. We will not ship until we confirm the order with you and agree upon a shipping date and location. To pick up you will need a valid ID and need to sign for your animal. If you’d like the animal insured there may be an additional cost and can be discussed when shipping is arranged.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LAWS AND OR PERMITS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR OWNERSHIP OF ANIMALS IN THEIR STATE OR COUNTY
ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED HEALTHY, CORRECTLY SEXED AND LIVE ARRIVAL*,
*Live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold, we can hold your order until the weather is better. Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order. (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms)
Any health issues or DOAs must be reported within two hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit. (Photos, video and return of animal may be required)
All animals are guaranteed to be sexed correctly. Please sex your new reptile as soon as possible after delivery. Mis sexed animals must be reported back to us within 7 days of delivery to be covered under our guarantee.
We guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
We guarantee that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
We cannot guarantee temperament or tameness of any reptile.
PAYMENTS
5% service and handler fee will be charged due to processing fees incurred. Avoid fees by using Venmo or Zelle. Feel free to ask about other payment options. By conducting business with us you are agreeing with our store policy.
