Store Policy
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS
Lutteroth Green Tree Python will not ship snake before they are paid for in full. Customer can hold a snake with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of fifty percent (50%) down with the balance due within 30 days or agreed upon time frame. Should Customer's snake become ill or die during the 30 day period or agreed upon time frame, Lutteroth Green Tree Python will provide Customer with a full refund minus shipping. If, for any reason whatsoever, Customer fails to pay the balance prior to the expiration of the 30 day period or agreed upon time frame, Lutteroth Green Tree Python will keep your fifty percent (50%) deposit and return any additional monies that you have paid.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are at the buyers expense unless otherwise stated.
I will ship Monday through Wednesday only if the weather is cooperative and Ship Your Reptiles gives approval. Shipping ONLY within the United States and is not included in the price of snakes. Lutteroth Green Tree Python only ships via Ship Your Reptiles by FedEx Priority Overnight shipping and requires that snakes be held for pickup at the nearest FedEx staffed facility. Lutteroth Green Tree Python will delay shipping if weather conditions will jeopardize the health of the snake.Please note that shipping is a very stressful experience for snakes and can cause a snake to go off fed. Avoid extra stress when you get snake by not handling too much or bothering it. Find a quite and semi dark place. Make sure your enclosure is dialed in before getting snake. Let it be for a few days while it settles into its new enclosure before attempting to fed. Lutteroth Green Tree Python will take reasonable steps to provide after sale support to customer, but cannot guarantee that Customer's new snake will thrive due to differences in husbandry practices.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Lutteroth Green Tree Python guarantees healthy live arrival via priority overnight shipping only, provided that Customer complies with all of the following requirements:
1. Customer must pick up the package within one (1) hour of FedEx making it available for pick up;
2. Customer must notify Lutteroth Green Tree Python of any problems within two (2) hours of FedEx making it available for pickup; and
3. Customer must provide Lutteroth Green Tree Python with a video and pictures of the deceased animal(s).
Should a snake arrive deceased, and Customer satisfies the above requirements, Lutteroth Green Tree Python will provide Customer with a full refund as long as delivery was not delayed. If Customer insists that Lutteroth Green Tree Python ships directly to his or her door, live arrival is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
If the animal is dead upon arrival due to delayed shipment, the buyer must have bought shipping insurance & signature confirmation so that the shipping carrier can provide them with a refund should it be a problem from a delayed shipment.
QUARANTINE
Anything that happens after the shipment has been made, the seller is not accountable, for it is now the buyers responsibility to properly care for their animal with acceptable husbandry practices and quarantining them from the rest of their collection, as their collection may pass along problems to the newly acquired animal.
SEXING POLICY
All animales sold as unsexed, unless other wise stated via shed only. Will not probe snake as i am not comfortable with it.
Pictures/Videos
If you really like an animal and would like more pictures and videos i will gladly send. Once a deposit is made I can also locate their neonate pictures and their color change if customer wishes.
