Moonstone Morphs is a boutique breeder with a small, focused collection of Ball Pythons, Western Hognose, Tricolor, Eastern & Speckled hognose snakes. We have invested in quality animals and are dedicated to producing beautiful, high quality, healthy animals.
We are a family business and have extensive experience keeping and breeding reptiles. From Chinese Water Dragons and Chameleons, to African House Snakes, Green Tree Pythons, Ball Pythons, and Hognose snakes. We’ve worked hard to educate ourselves to successfully keep our animals. We are passionate about reptiles and enjoy them every day!

Please be aware of all your local laws regarding keeping reptiles, they are your responsibility. We will not knowingly ship animals to any city or state where they are prohibited.
Animal Guarantee
We guarantee the animal will arrive alive, in good body condition and good health. We do our best to correctly sex animals and identify genetics. Some combinations can be difficult to identify genetics, so we do confer with colleagues to make these IDs. Please sex the animal yourself upon arrival and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if you are unsatisfied in any way.
Shipping
We ship via Ship Your Reptiles and Reptiles2You on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only, and only when weather permits. We will contact you to confirm a ship date and provide you with the tracking number. We ship to a FedEx shipping center near the address you provide. The specific ship center will be confirmed with you, and the animal will be sent there, to the name you specify, to be held for pickup. For the safety of the animal(s), we will not ship to your door or a business. Animal must be picked up within 4 hours of when it is available for pickup. Buyer must unbox the animal within the 4 hour window, take video of the unboxing, and notify Seller of any issues with the animal’s condition immediately. After the 4 hour window, which begins when the animal is available for pickup, the live arrival guarantee is void. If a video unboxing and documenting photos showing condition of the animal on arrival is not provided within the 4 hours window, live arrival guarantee is void. If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are void.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before shipment or delivery of animals. Payment methods must be cleared by the bank before animals are shipped. Please make checks or money orders out to: Linda Folston.
Discounts are offered to repeat customers & when purchasing multiple animals. For purchases over $500, payment plans are available with a non-refundable 25% deposit. Payment plan terms will be determined & agreed upon between Buyer and Seller on a case by case basis. Down payments and subsequent payments made are non-refundable in the event the agreement is terminated by the Buyer. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable at the sole discretion of Moonstone Morphs. If payments are not made as agreed, the payment plan will be terminated. Please maintain communication with us. We want you to get your animal, so if something comes up that prevents you from making a payment, please let us know and we will try to work out a solution that works for both parties. If we are unable to do so, the agreement will be terminated. If for some reason the animal is lost or becomes ill, and can no longer be shipped, the Buyer will have the option of transferring the funds towards another animal, or the Buyer will be refunded the full amount of all payments made.
Returns
Moonstone Morphs does not accept returns on live animal purchases without prior approval. We must be notified of when an animal is being returned and will provide the necessary shipping instructions. Please do not ship an animal to us without prior consent.
Arrival of your animal
Pick up your animal as soon as possible once it is available at FedEx. Unbox the animal immediately, inspect the animal and record a video of the unboxing. If everything is okay then place the animal in a warm cage with fresh water. Shipping is stressful for animals. Try not to handle and do not feed your animal for several days. This will give it time to acclimate to its new habitat. Wait 4 days before trying to feed. Your paperwork includes what the animal has been eating and its last feeding date. Offer it the same type of meal that it was fed while in our care. Be patient though as the animal may still not be ready and it may take some time before the animal is comfortable enough to feed.
Please contact us with any questions you have about your animal, its setup and husbandry, or any problems you may encounter. We will be happy to help troubleshoot and give our best advice to assist you.
