Snake was sent in poor physical condition, the snake should never have even been put up for auction in the first place. Snake arrived not moving, struggling to breath, super skinny, dehydrated and malnourished. Nothing like it looked in pictures. - May. 10, 2024

First of all this simply isn't true. Ridgeway would not accept a snake in poor physical to begin with as they check every snake over before onboarding. Plus how is it nothing like shown in pics? Pinstripe is distinct. Did you receive the wrong animal - May. 10, 2024
