All sales are final. We have a zero-return policy. Although, we do have a live arrival guarantee. If your animal arrives dead on arrival, please contact us immediately with a photo of the deceased. We will offer you a store credit or an animal of the similar value. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.
