Order was sent to address provided; no attempt was made to reach customer service at number on the website. Box contained live animal stickers and list of species and common names. Told customer we would send free items plus extras on next order. - Sep. 25, 2021
No "Rush, Perishable or Handle With Care" indicated on the the box, it was discovered on the side of my door w/out any signature require. Wasted whole morning since my request to hold for pick up wasn't fulfilled. False advertising for a free spider. - Sep. 29, 2021
