Osmun Reptiles started off as a hobby and it is now growing into a small business. We have been working with animals our whole lives but have been breeding snakes for last few years. By buying OR putting a deposit down on an animal(s) you are agreeing to our ToS:
Our payment plan options are as follows per price range.
ALL plans require a 25% down NON-refundable deposit, paid via Cash App or Zelle.
If you don’t have zelle or cash app but still want a payment plan, I can set up a “pay over multiple payments plan” through a Quickbooks invoice but we would have to discuss how many payments we will do during the time period and when each payment will happen. A 5% fee is added to the total cost for this method and all other rules are also applied to this method as stated in the terms of service.

Quickbooks -invoice you, I need your email, phone number, and full name.
Plans are NOT available on any total under $100.
Any total between $101-$400 you will have 28 days to pay the remaining balance off.
And total between $401-$1000 you will have 42 days to pay the remaining balance off.
Any total above $1001 you will have 56 days to pay the balance off, unless another agreement is made ahead of time.
If paying in full, we accept Cash App, Zelle, bank wire ($45 surcharge may be aded for Bank wire) or we can send you a quickbooks invoice that can be paid via credit card, PayPal, etc. (up to 6% surcharge for quickbook invoices) We accept Cash in person as well.
If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") you may transfer any extra payments towards the original animal to a new animal within a 2 week time frame. This does NOT include the deposit. If the new animal has a higher balance there is no option for a payment plan, the total must be paid for within that 2 week time frame.
The only time a cash refund of any type on a faulty payment plan will be made is if we do not have any other available animals at the time.
Deposits are NOT refundable or transferable, no matter the circumstances.
All prices are plus shipping unless stated other wise. Our shipping is based off of your zip code but will not exceed $100 per animal under 1000 grams.
We use Redline shipping or Reptiles express to ship all animals via fedex. ALL of their guidelines must be met before shipping will happen. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred and is required for shipping to happen when temperatures are close to 95° on the receiving end. We only ship out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for next day arrival at your local fedex hub. If you choose to not pick the package up at the nearest hub, a signature can be required at extra cost to you. So there will have to be someone there to receive the package. Live arrival insurance can also be purchased and added to the total cost of shipping if requested.
Refunds on any animal(s) are not available because of possible delays in shipping due to the weather or fedex mishaps. We will gladly hold the animal(s) until it is safe to ship. All packages are shipped with the intent of being able to survive in the box for up to 48 hours incase of fedex delays or mistakes. We ship with Cryopaks and heat packs when needed.
We do not do Refunds at all, but will replace an animal at cost if there was a problem with the animal due to us, that is proven by a vet. We do check all animals before they leave our facility for this reason and would not ship an animal that we think is not 100% healthy and ready to go to its new home.
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals unless stated otherwise. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
Delays in shipping are out of our control. They happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them. We pack snakes so they will be good at least 48 hours in the box for this reason. We use cryopaks and heat packs when needed.
If an animal(s) is being held after payment is made in full, and it is NOT whether related, there will be an extra $5 per week per animal charge to cover upkeep on them.
All packages will come with an information card that has all of the animal(s) information on it. Along with all of our contact information.
