Pike Line Pythons LLC Store Policy
Payment: Will accept Bank Certified Check, Venmo, Apple Pay, Wires, Cashiers Check and in person Cash sales. Invoices will be emailed. Any fees are the buyer’s responsibility and sales tax's through certain methods of payment. Checks must clear before animal/s are shipped. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final, unfortunately we are not liable for buyer’s remorse. Please ask any questions you have about the animals and assure that you are confident in what you are purchasing.

• MUST BE 18 to Purchase
• Stating you know your state and county laws of the animals you are looking to purchase
• All in a confirming email for the purchase of the animal stating sales requirement information
Payment Plans:
• Available on a case per case discussion.
• 25% non-refundable deposit is required on the animal with a 30-90 day allowance to pay the remaining balance.
• Do not enter a payment plan if you do not intend or are capable to pay on agreed upon term before entering.
• If payment plan is not fully paid within agreed time frame buyer forfeits their hold on said animal and the animal will be put back up for sale to the public. Funds of payments at this point may be used towards another in stock animal or refund of paid total minus the 25% down
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with experience and consultations with other breeders, we can not 100% fully guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. In these situations we will do our best to identify any genetics, anything unsure will be labeled “pos” accordingly. Please use your own judgement as well in potential purchasing of our animals.
2. Recessive/Heterozygous Genes are always fully guaranteed for visual and hets.
3. We guarantee the correct sex of the animal being sold. In the case that this is not we ask for clear photos and or videos of the purchase animal being the incorrect sex. We will gladly correct or make up for our mistake if this is the proven case.
Shipping: NO HATCHLINGS WILL BE SHIPPED UNDER 125 GRAMS!!
Pike Line Pythons follows ALL advised shipping recommendation and guidelines given for every individual shipment, if it is deemed unsafe to ship we will not ship at that point of time until it is safe for the animal.
ONLY FedEx Hub to FedEx Hub through RED LINE SHIPPING will be used
• Monday with Tuesday delivery, Tuesday with Wednesday delivery, Wednesday with Thursday delivery only. NO SHIPPING on Monday (unless approved by RED LINE SHIPPING), animals will NEVER be shipped Thursday, or Friday.
• All shipping will be dependent on weather permitting conditions, and FedEx efficiency at the time of shipment. Agreed upon by both the Buyer and Seller.
• Shipments will go ONLY to a FedEx Hub (Priority Overnight). Animal will need to be picked up and signed for by purchaser at the FedEx Hub within 2 hours of availability for pickup at hub. If not picked up at the required time, Live Arrival Guarantee is VOID. Please don't let you animal sit there longer than need be.
• If any residential shipping is requested ALL guarantees are VOID and sales are final, we do not promote residential shipping for personal reasoning.
• No shipping if temperature is below 35 degrees or above 90 degrees.
• Animals are shipped under the name of the buyers that pays for the animal, I.D. and signature required upon pickup of animal.
• Buyer must notify Seller within 30 minutes of pickup and signature that the animal has arrived and picked up and status of the animal is in good health or not in regards for the health and safety of your newly acquired animal. This can be done by phone call, text or email confirmation. If Seller is NOT contacted all Guarantees are VOID. SELLER MUST BE CONTACTED to keep guarantees. This is in respect of the care and time devoted for you to be able to have the animal as your new pet or be acquired into your collection. Thankyou
• Seller guarantees animal will be shipped in good health and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations along with RED LINE SHIPPING rules and regulations.
Once the animal is in buyers care and Seller has been contacted upon the animal being received, Pike Line Pythons is no longer liable for the health and safety of the animal. At that point Pike Line Pythons is no longer in control of the animal acquired in regards to purchasers husbandry, keeping methods and or knowledge and experience of keeping such animals. Pike Line Pythons is fully transparent in how we do our husbandry, keep our conditions with setups and maintaining Pike Line Pythons collection. Animals health and safety is our number one concern and reserve the right if fit not to sell an animal to individuals if feel that it is unsafe for the animal. Please feel free to ask any question of or about our animals or methods of keeping prior to sales. Please do your research if unknowing of how to keep these animals prior to acquiring and ask question of any concerns on helpful facts after researching.
