TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing an animal from Pit Exotics you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Holds
A reptile will be held for a minimum of €50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. A deposit needs to be sent over before reptile is considered on hold. The deposit to hold an animal is non-refundable. Reptiles placed on hold will be held until the next show.
Payment Plans
Payment arrangements will be on a case by case basis agreed upon in writing by both parties. If payment is made and I am unable to contact you to arrange shipment or for your next payment in a considerable amount of time, two weeks will be given for response. After that time the reptile is considered abandoned and will be placed for sale again, payment will not be returned for abandoned animals.
Payment Options
Prefered payment method is cash, but PayPal is also accepted. Please be aware that no animals will be shipped until payment clears.
