Store Policy
Shipping
Our reptiles will be shipped FedEx priority overnight. We ship out reptiles Monday-Wednesday. Shipments will be controlled by the weather and temps which must be between 40*- 85*F.
Guarantee
We guarantee our reptiles will arrive to you healthy and accurately represented to the best of our knowledge, experience and ability. Genetics and sex of our reptiles will be 100% guaranteed as stated in our ads or through communication to our customers. Our live animal guarantee is honored only if you are at home to sign for and receive your reptile upon first delivery attempt by FedEx. If a problem has happened through shipping or you notice something out of the ordinary you must contact us within 2 hours of receiving and signing for your reptile from FedEx.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment from FedEx to receive a full refund. This is excluding the 50% deposit on all payment plans. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your reptile and must arrive to us healthy, alive and in the same condition in which it left our facility. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the reptile.
Payment Plans
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold a reptile. Full payment is due within 30 days of the deposit date. We offer payment plans on reptiles over $300 this does not include shipping costs.
Reptiles over $1000 require a 25% non-refundable deposit with remaining balance due within 60 days of deposit date.
Reptiles will not be shipped until a payment of the full purchase price has been received. No exceptions.
Privacy Policy
All personal information gathered while completing the order and sale including but not limited to Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, or Credit Card information is used solely for the purpose of completing and providing the best experience with your order. The information gathered will not be shared with anyone outside of the people conducting business by us at Red Knob Reptiles LLC.
