I purchased on sept 15 was told would ship out the following week on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Tuesday came and I had to ask for shipping. Forgot to ship and never marked the snake sold.. shipped wed and delivered Thursday - Sep. 23, 2022

He had reassessed the fire bee i had purchased and found out there was inflamation on the vent. So i got a full refund and he had takin the fire bee down to fix its health before sending my way for me to deal with. Great guy. And highly recommend - Jul. 16, 2020

Animal i purchased was pronounced dead the day shipping was to take place. Seller offered and sent another of equal value, but not of equal beauty.. If i could do things over i would have just gotten a refund. - Apr. 22, 2020
