Beautiful snake. Outdated pictures. Vague, curt communication. Required follow-up. Ignored info requests. Snake shipped in sock tied so tight it couldn't move. Scales stuck in/bent by sock fibers. Snake very distressed. Packaging otherwise improper. - Sep. 13, 2022

Most questions was answered but one I was out of the country, and I had very little to no access to the internet. I tried to send updated pictures by email and even sent a message in which he didn’t receive either. Shipping was done correctly. - Sep. 13, 2022
