Store policy
At River Valley Reptiles, it is my biggest priority to make sure you receive your reptiles alive and healthy upon arrival. None of the images in my ads will be changed or altered to enhance the look of any of my animals. I make it a priority to respond to all messages and inquiries as soon as possible.
I offer a 5% discount if you can prove that you have a suitable enclosure ready for the arrival of your new reptile. First order only!

Sales
I accept payment through Paypal (information above). If you are doing local pick-up, I can accept cash or check (with an ID). I do not accept payment plans. Payments are non-refundable.
If you are to place an animal on hold, I require a non-refundable 25% down payment (minimum value $200, shipping not included).
Shipping Policies
I will not ship above 85 degrees or below 35 degrees Fahrenheit. All purchases that require a hold due to weather do not need to exceed $200 and will be held for no extra charge until weather permits safe travel. All shipments go through Ship Your Reptiles. They will be sent through FedEx Priority Overnight to either a FedEx hub or your doorstep! I offer a live arrival guarantee on all orders. In the unfortunate event of a dead arrival, the cost of the animal will be refunded for in-store credit only. Any animals that drop their tail during shipment will not qualify for a refund.
Someone must be home to receive the package in order for the live arrival guarantee to remain valid. If there is no answer on the first delivery attempt, the guarantee will be voided. You must contact me within 30 minutes of delivery for the DOA guarantee to remain valid.
