I bought a peach throat monitor from them. I paid $300. Not even a month later, it passed away. I wanted a refund but instead had to pay $150 to get another monitor that was never packed correctly and got out. Never going to see that $450 again… - Oct. 08, 2023

The purchase experience went well, but upon arrival the slings were packed in deli cups full of substrate. One was missing a leg, probably due to the way it was shipped. Also, both slings were in complete shock from cold due to no heat packs - Nov. 23, 2021
